Roles & Responsibilities:
Software Use case definition
Firmware Library definition and concepts
Development of firmware in assembly
Definition of test and validation environments
Validation of the use cases on the test chips and in simulation environments
Definition and writing of SW and Firmware specifications
Effort estimation
Support Marketing and Business Development on the applications of the chip
Integration of the new use cases in the existing SW
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science/Electronics & Telecommunication engineering
Experience Level 4 to 6 years
Development experience in Software for low footprint and low resources applications
Hands on Experience in developing software in assembly & embedded SW design
Version Control Systems, Configuration Management and release management
Multi Site working experience with Europe or US
Self driven and proactive.
Experienced in providing application support to the customers
Electronics background and understand the basic of electronics design
Understanding at bit/register level on a microcontroller is essential
Preferred
Working experience in automotive domain
Working experience with top Tier1 companies in Body Control Electronics
Basic analog / mixed signal / RF know-how on functional understanding
Willing to travel to Europe in the initial stages
Working experience in designing electronic circuit
